Here are our terms and policies, and we ask that you read them before making your purchase. By making a purchase through PayPal on this site, you agree to the terms herein, and to the terms set forth by PayPal. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO JOIN PAYPAL TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER). If you do not wish to join PayPal, you can instead choose to pay with a credit card, which will be processed on their secure server)
ORDERING & SHIPPING (including overnight delivery and international shipping)
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground and include shipping, handling and insurance. If your order is large in size (over $500), or needs to be shipped quickly, please call our studio at 310.247.4741, or email info@sharibjewlery.com, so that we may expedite your order and meet your deadline. Overnight delivery and international shipping are available for an additional fee which will be determined at the time of purchase. For large orders, international orders or overnight delivery, we will determine the appropriate shipping charge and will email you a PayPal Funds Request.

As a rule, all orders will be shipped within 14 business days, excluding holidays. If we cannot ship within that amount of time, we will contact you via email.
All shipments within the state of California will be assessed 9.25 % sales tax.
All of our pieces are handcrafted, using only the best materials. We make every effort to ensure the colors on the website closely reflect the actual pieces. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring will occur. The actual colors you see on your monitor may vary, and we cannot guarantee accuracy of your screen. We only ask that you keep these things in mind when ordering.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly take returns for most items, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders sales are final, and may not be returned, or exchanged.
Sale items may be exchanged only for shari b. jewelry credit. Any items being returned must be within 5 days of receipt, and we do require that you call us first for an RA number. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. All returns must come back to us insured. shari b. jewelry is not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item has some method of tracking.
Any items damaged via shipping will be replaced by us at no additional cost. Items damaged by misuse of the wearer will be repaired for a flat fee of $25 plus cost of additional materials, should they be needed. If an item needs to be repaired, and the fault lies solely in the craftsmanship, then we will repair it free of charge for 30 days after receipt.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold shari b. jewelry and Shari Berkowitz harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the shari b. jewelry website and any products bought or received either directly or indirectly from the shari b. jewelry sales.
